the origin are from a hybrid laboratory which is in Lumina , a very rich zone in Romania (someday will be the capital of Romania). Here Politia Comunitara ( special forces) Patrula Mobila( Homeland Security) and Gardienii Publici (martial forces) , they sealed the laboratory and destroy any evidence that OCI exists.
Their common Headquarter wi be built here to prevent and destroy the virus and to find the creator of this virus.
The adress of laboratory is top secret.
